2. Pricing and Quotes
2.1. Due to the technical nature of commercial equipment (Kitchen, Laundry, Housekeeping) and market dynamics, prices displayed on the website (if any) are subject to change. 2.2. Customized Quotes: For many items, pricing is specific to model numbers and order volume. Official quotes provided by our sales team are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 7–15 days). 2.3. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from pricing or typographical errors.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 3.2. For B2B and project-based orders, a formal Purchase Order (PO) and a deposit (as specified in the quote) are required to initiate fulfillment. 3.3. Payments must be made via the authorized channels provided by Profitel.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1. Fragile Goods: Glassware and crockery are packed according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety. 4.2. Inspection upon Receipt: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the equipment and fragile items immediately upon delivery. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and reported to Profitel within 24 hours. 4.3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on stock availability and logistics.
5. Warranty and Maintenance
5.1. Commercial Equipment: Items like Induction ranges and laundry equipment carry a specific manufacturer’s warranty. 5.2. Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation by unauthorized personnel.
- Fluctuations in electrical voltage.
- Misuse or lack of routine maintenance. 5.3. Consumable parts (glass tops, gaskets, etc.) are generally excluded from standard warranties unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1. Custom Orders: Items ordered specifically for a project or modified to client specifications are non-returnable. 6.2. Returns for standard stock items are subject to a restocking fee and must be in their original, unopened packaging.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Profitel Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use our products. 7.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of Procure Technologies or its partners and is protected by copyright laws.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
